Helping clients by:

  • Preparing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and other estate planning documents.
  • Resolving ownership of estate property, including inherited real estate and heirs property.
  • Guiding clients through the estate administration process of locating and collecting estate assets, identifying and paying estate debts, and disbursing assets.
  • Advising and acting on behalf of Trustees, Attorneys-in-Fact, and estate Executors and Administrators.
  • Serving as Trustee, Attorney-in-Fact, and estate Executor or Administrator.
  • Advising and representing clients in probate litigation.

    Helping clients by:

    • Preparing and negotiating Purchase & Sale Agreements, Deeds, Leases, Easements, and other documents.
    • Advising and representing clients in their purchase of foreclosure and tax sale properties.
    • Advising and representing clients in landlord/tenant negotiations, dispossessory actions (evictions), and appeals.
    • Resolving title defects and other ownership disputes, including partitions and quiet title actions (QTAs).

        Please note: this firm does not conduct either residential or commercial real estate closings.

         

           


        Small Business LIfe Cycle

        Helping clients by:

        • Advising clients on business entity types, including Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), and Corporations.
        • Creating new companies.
        • Preparing  ownership agreements, including Operating Agreements, Bylaws, and Buy/Sell Agreements.
        • Guiding clients through changes in ownership, including sales and mergers.
